Vegan Retreats in Australia:
"We serve food to groups and once week have a Saturday banquet. People can prepare their own food in one area and there is a guest kitchen for storing and preparing food. It is owned by a vegan of 14 years. The staff is vegetarian and vegan, except for the cleaning crew. The chef is vegan. It has been in business for 18 years. " I started the facility as vegetarian initially, but it soon became obvious this was using unnecessary ingredients, which could easily be substituted for with vegan ones. In 1991, about three years after first starting, I modified my personal situation to become vegan dietary and lifestyle. Since that time, we have only served vegan food, with a couple of exceptions.
