Gunn-King |

Margaret Gunn-King has been a vegetarian/Vegan for 40 years.
She is married to Brian Gunn-King with two grown daughters Sita Laura
and Venetia. She has 30 years experience of teaching the Iyengar method
of yoga in N. Ireland and also organises yoga/vegetarian holidays in Crete,
S. Spain and Canary Isles.She has taught yoga at previous vegetarian conferences.
A former Montessori teacher, she is also a practitioner of reflexology,
Electro-Crystal therapy and laughter meditations. Yoga philosophy advocates
a vegetarian diet for Ahimsa (non harming). The yoga stretches she will
teach are extremely enjoyable and beneficial for fitness, posture, health
and well-being and are suitable for men and women of all ages.
