Last booking date: Packages cannot be booked after 30^th October 2004. As the event has limited capacity it is advisable to book as soon as possible.

Cancellation policy for accommodation fees: Any cancellation up to 60 days prior to Congress will incur a charge of 50% of the amount paid ; up to 30 days: 70%. Fees cannot be refunded less than 30 days before Congress.

Accommodation is from Monday 8th November to Sunday 14th. Check-in from 3 p.m. check out after breakfast till 11 a.m. Those who arrive prior to 3 p.m. can stay at the Hotel and have their luggage kept, and will be able to enter the room after 3 p.m.

The fee includes 6 nights accommodation, all meals (except Thursday lunch) from Monday lunch to Sunday breakfast, and the Gala Diner. Includes also attendance at the complete program for the week.

If you want to stay before or after the Congress at Costao do Santinho (or other Hotel in Florianopolis) ask for reservation at special prices for delegates. Payment will be made directly to the Hotel in loco. Contact info@svb.org.br

Note: the prices quoted may have to change slightly over the next few months if there are significant changes in any of the exhange rates.

To book your place at the 36th World Vegetarian Congress:

1. Pay Online by Credit Card, using Paypal

   • If you have already paid the first half of your Congress fees and are returning to pay the balance use this form
   
   
2. Complete this registration form by typing the details on your screen - then print it and post/fax it to the address given on the form.
   
   
3. Print this form - then fill it in by hand and post/fax it to the address given.
   
   Note 1: we would prefer you to use option 2 rather than 3 because we get a typed form which is easier to read than handwriting. However, if you have a problem with option 2 then please do use the 3rd form but write clearly!
   Note 2: postal options require the full amount to be paid in one instalment
   Note 3: paying by check/cheque will incur a $50 surcharge due to bank charges.
   
   
4. Electronic Payment - note: this is NOT an online payment by credit card. You can send all the details by email, but you will have to send the money by bank transfer, see below.

For any of options 2-4 above you can send your payment by wiretransfer - bank transfer - it is the quickest and safest way. Note that the sender will also have to pay something for this facility and the full amount must be paid in one instalment. If you wish to use this option here are the details:
