Food Demonstrations

During 36th World Vegetarian Congress there will happen various food demonstrations with Brazilian and international chefs. Some of them are:

  • Tânia Alves - famous Brazilian singer and actrees, hygienist.
  • Aris La Tham - International recognised Raw Food Chef with a PHd in Food Science - Jamaica - New York.
  • Caroline Bergerot - Brazilian author of best seller Cozinha Vegetariana (Vegetarian Cuisine)
  • Rosa Herz – chef of Restaurante Celeiro – Rio.
  • Letícia Monte – chef of Ateliê Culinário – Rio.
  • Tobias Freitas - chef of Naturetto - Brasília.
  • Gerry Coffey - certified living foods associate chef - USA.

  • Ron Pickarski, vegan chef and author of Eco-Cuisine - Boulder, EUA .
  • Debra Wasserman, author of Simply Vegan and other vegetarian books.
