Alexandre
Pimentel is a researcher of health foods for at least 20 years, having
searching the modus vivendi of many civilizations and learning
in mosques various "miraculous preparations". For instance,
from the Essenian – primitive Christianity - this vegetarian gaucho
learned biogenesis – the cure of diseases through crude foods, specially
sprouted grains. Alexandre lives in Brasilia where he presents workshops
to needy communities teaching how to use regional plants as caruru and
ora-pro-nobis to enrich common dishes. In the picture Alexandre is being
interviewed by Jo Soares of TV Globo.
