Bergerot (Sefira) is from São Paulo and since very early felt necessity
of putting in practice the knowledge she got studying natural cooking.
Intending to live a life with more quality she moved with family to countryside
– the state of Goias in the middle of Brazil, where she develop his researches
on food. Love to nature led her to choose vegetables and her creativity
produced a book with vegetarian recipes. In the picture above Caroline
is preparing a chocolate cake at the Ist Tematic Meeting of Sociedade
Vegetariana Brasileira
