Dr Douglas Graham
Dr. Doug Graham is the author of 8 books, including "Perpetual Health", "Nutrition and Athletic Performance", "Grain Damage", "The High Energy Diet Recipe Guide", and "The 80/10/10 Diet". President and co-founder of Healthful Living International, he also serves on the boards of EarthSave, Ekaya Institute, Living Light Films, Voice For a Viable Future, Society of Religious Vegetarians, and Organic Athlete. He has been vegetarian for over 30 years, and following a raw vegan program for the last 25 years. Dr. Graham was a professional trampolinist and also coached 7 national champions in the sport. He worked with tennis pro Martina Navratilova and basketball star Ronnie Grandison as well as thousands of other motivated athletes. Now a full time lecturer, Dr. Graham ran a fasting and health retreat for 10 years and was in private practice as a chiropractor for 20. At 51 years of age, his health has never been better.
