An intense experience with nature, with the sea and with your body

The purpose of this tour is to dive into nature, revitalize in contact with the four elements:

• Hiking on beaches and cliffs, in the native forest, to waterfalls.
• Bathing in the sea and in waterfalls
• Resting outdoors, contemplating the beauty of nature, of the rich flora, of birds. Letting the subtle forces of nature penetrate us.
• Lunching in the open

From a single inn, we will go every day to a different place, meeting little by little the different aspects of this rich environment.

A typical day is:

• Getting up, breakfast
• Ride by car until the beginning of the hiking
• Hiking and contemplation of nature, bath
• Picnic
• Hiking and contemplation of nature, bath
• Ride back to the inn
• Dinner, free time

The intensity of the hiking will be planned according to the capacity and the desire of the members of the group.

The guide

The guide, Jean Claude, born in France and living in Brazil since 1986, integrates both the Brazilian and the European culture. He speaks Portuguese, French, English, German, Spanish and Russian. He has a long experience of traveling long distances by foot in Europe and in Brazil, and is developing a net of hiking trails in Santa Catarina. He puts emphasis on group solidarity, respect for the body and physical capacity of each member of the group, respect to nature and to the local population. An aspect of his work is helping dealing with one’s fear of nature.
