Registration details

Registration fees per person:

Registration fees include congress working material, congress and workshop participation, opening and closing ceremony, evening entertainment in the Kulturpalast.
No registration fees for children under 12 years.

For attendance by the day or cheap arrangements for students/young people please ask the organisers.
If there is adequate demand, we may organize some kind of child care (minimum 25 children, 12 EUR per day and child, please indicate on the registration form)

Meals (lunch and dinner in the Congress Center): 300 EUR
(First meal: dinner Sunday, 27th July; last meal: farewell dinner, Friday, 1st August)

The food will be completely vegan, and as far as possible organic.

Cancellation policy:
Cancellation before 01st Oct. 2007 - we charge 20 EUR processing fee
Cancellation before 31st March 2008 - we charge 50 EUR processing fee
Cancellation after 31st March 2008 - 50 % refund
Cancellation after 1st July 2008 - no refund is possible
In case you indicate another person participating in your place, we charge 10 EUR processing fee,
regardless when you cancel.

The congress languages are English and German. Translation fin other languages can be provided, if at least 30 participants request a particular language before 1st February 2008

1. Three hours, by bus and walking: 9 Euros
2. Two hours, by bus: 7 Euros
3. Two hours, walking: 5 Euros

Daytrip B, Saturday, 2nd August, lunch and dinner included: 85 EUR
