The signed registration is mandatory. The Dresden-Werbung und Tourismus GmbH (Dresden Tourist Promotion Board) as an agent will send you a reservation confirmation. The price for accommodation and breakfast has to be paid directly at the hotel. The Dresden-Werbung und Tourismus GmbH reserves the right to charge a fee of €10,00 for any alterations. Please read the cancellation conditions in the reservation confirmation of your hotel based on the General Terms of Business of the Dresden-Werbung und Tourismus GmbH. The point 5.2 (terms of cancellation) of the Dresden-Werbung und Tourismus GmbH's General Terms of Business is invalid for your room reservation. The following arrangement is valid instead: In case of room cancellation and the room cannot be sold again, up to 100% of the entire costs can be charged.
The Dresden-Werbung und Tourismus GmbH will try to reserve a room for you even after the registration deadline. We cannot guarantee a reservation in one of the categories mentioned above after the deadline.
