For discount purposes your registration will be dated from when you send this first page.
Your final registration will not be accepted until the money arrives.

Registration fees include Congress working material, Congress and workshop participation, opening and closing ceremony, evening entertainment in the Kulturpalast. No registration fees for children under 12 years (if you have a child or other person on this form who does not have to pay, whilst others do, you can manually change the figure in the 'total payment' box below to deduct the appropriate amount).
Reduced fee for students, young people under 25, people with limited income (please show an appropriate document on your arrival or by fax, 0049-6305-5256) - 50% of the above fees.

Optional Donations to www.atmosfair.de - Vegetarier-Bund Deutschlands (VEBU) tries to organise an environmentally friendly congress. So we are cooperating with atmosfair - have a look for details (opens in new window, also in Deutsch) and ask if you necessarily have to travel by air - then consider a donation to equalize the CO2 from airplanes. However, this is only the second best solution. If possible we will appreciate it if you use public land transport where you can. Optional Tours - In the event of cancellation by the tour group or the Society all fees will be fully refunded. We are unable to refund otherwise and would advise participants to take out relevant insurance.

Day tours Wednesday, July 30 :- Afternoon: Sightseeing tours of Dresden - Guided tours (German and/or English guide) Min. participation: 40 person. Max. participation: 50 person.

All full days based on 40 participants – if there are insufficient participants on any one tour we may need to combine trips.

Unfortunately we CANNOT offer discounts simply because individuals are in developing countries, but if you are the leader of a Vegetarian/Vegan Society we may be able to offer some help

Cancellation policy:
Cancellation before 01st Oct. 2007 - we charge 20 EUR processing fee
Cancellation before 31st March 2008 - we charge 50 EUR processing fee
Cancellation after 31st March 2008 - 50 % refund
Cancellation after 1st July 2008 - no refund is possible
In case you indicate another person participating in your place, we charge 10 EUR processing fee, regardless when you cancel.
The organiser, Vegetarier-Bund Deutschlands e.V.(VEBU), cannot accept any liability, in case the congress has to be cancelled due to natural catastrophies,terrorist attacks, or any similar act of providence.
