peppers, sesame seeds, daikon, tofu and organic brown rice, finished with
an umeboshi scallion dressing served with crisp pita wedges
- Gourmet salad: an assortment of organic greens, fresh peppers,
kalamata olives, tomato, roasted nuts, feta cheese, finished with a
