The past year's efforts were on the usual lines : Meetings, Adresses, Debates, "At Homes," Picnic, Harvest Home, Children's Free Meals, Distribution and Sale of Literature, etc. The total of membership has slightly suffered, chiefly on account of changes of address of a number of the subscribers, who, it is to be hoped, will be looked up by such Vegetarian Societies as may be working in the districts they have removed to.

The Committee is at all times desirous of embracing any scheme of work, or of adopting such practical suggestions as may be made in that direction, and cordially invites such from sympathetic friends.
