Process the onion, celery, Marmite, herbs and water in a blender until well blended. Add the breadcrumbs and nuts.
Mix well into burgers or patties or pack into a tin or dish for nut roast. Fry the burgers or bake on a lightly oiled tray. Bake the roast in the oven, or use it as a pie filling.
If you make the mixture slightly moister and cook it in the microwave, it makes a very good paté.
