[quoted in later minutes:] Unfortunately due to air strikes and holidays it was not possible to get a full quorum for this purpose so Mr Gunn-King met Mr. J.N. le Grice and Councillor Mrs.I.Wilson (European Reg.Sec.) at "Parkdale"in the Autumn of 1978 to finalise the programme [for the 1979 Congress]. |
