For You Chili

- 4 cups water
- 1 x 28-ounce can crushed tomatoes
- 2 x 16-ounce cans pinto beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 x 16-ounce can solid pack pumpkin
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 2/3 cup uncooked bulgur wheat
- 1 x 4-ounce can chopped green chilies
- 2-1/2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
Put all ingredients in a large pot.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer, uncovered, 30-35 minutes
until bulgur is tender.
