Stir Fry
Dressing
from VeganMeals
- Texas, USA
- 2 tbs almond butter
- 1 tbs concentrated aplle juice (frozen apple juice) - or 1 tbs
unsulphered molasses
- 1 tbs soy sauce
- 1 cup soy milk
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 clove of garlic
- *1/4 tsp dry mustard (optional)
Mix all ingredients together.
Note: the main difference between this and salad dressing is the absence
of vinegar, and the addition of cumin.
Heating up almond butter in microwave before mixing may help almond
butter to dissolve.
Heat up in microwave.....ready to put on pasta, vegetables, etc....
*Note: too much dry mustard may make the dressing "hot".
If 1/4 tsp seems too hot add less mustard.
