Xian on the Beach

One of the most important cities in Chinese history, Xi'an is one of the Four Great Ancient Capitals of China. From Absolut Vodka.

SERVES 1 , 1 martini

  • 1 ounce vodka (Absolut Ruby Red)
  • 2 ounces cranberry juice
  • 1 strawberries

Chill a cocktail glass with ice or in the freezer.

Pour absolut ruby red and cranberry juice into a shaker.

Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake it until the shaker is very cold.

Empty the cocktail glass from ice and water.

Strain the drink into the cocktail glass.

Garnish with a whole strawberry.
