Banana Ice
Cream
3/4 of a pint 425ml soya milk with 1/4 pint 140ml water
1/4 pint 140ml veg oil
1/4 140ml maple syrup
2 bananas
put diluted milk into a blender and add veg oil slowly while it
is running add syrup and bannanas and whiz it again.
pour into dish and place in freezer. to prevent slivers of ice
forming in cream remove from containner when slightly frozen and
beat again.
return to freezer and freeze till firm.
serve with some fruit syrup or a sprinkling of chopped nuts.
