Banana Ice

  • 1 ripe banana per person
Peel bananas and lay them on a tray in the freezer over night.
Ensure that the bananas are cut into short lengths if they are curved.

When frozen, feed the bananas through a strong juicing machine, such as a "Champion".
Serve immediately as an iced dessert.
