Canteloupe
Sorbet

I made up a batch of this Friday night and it was a wonderful cool
treat for me and a friend of mine after we finished several hours
yard work on Saturday afternoon
Best of all absolutely no sugar or preservatives. It's so simple!
- 4 cups frozen canteloupe
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 t. fresh lemon juice
Place all ingredients in blender or food processor, and blend until
smooth.
Place puree in a freezer safe container, cover and freeze for at least
four hours or overnight.
Break up frozen puree and process again briefly.
Return to freeze for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Note: I served mine with a little fresh mint on the side.
If you have a sorbietter, feel free to use it.
It might make the freezing process a little easier
