Fruity Mint Kebabs

Makes eight

  • 2 punnets strawberries, washed and hulled
  • 1 small pawpaw, peeled and cut into cubes
  • 25ml lemon juice
  • 20g (25ml) castor sugar
  • chopped fresh mint
Thread strawberries and pawpaw alternately on to wooden skewers.
Sprinkle with lemon juice, castor sugar and mint.
Serve chilled
