Lola's Amazing Social Justice Chocolate Cake

This delicious cake is yeast free, and contains no animal products whatsoever.
You can taste the social justice . . .
(Tastes best when made with organic, local ingredients, naturally!)

• 1 1/2 cups flour
• 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 cup sweetner or sugar (vegetarian raw sugar or Sucanet work best, naturally!)
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 1 cup cold water or brewed coffee (fairly traded coffee tastes best, naturally!)
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• 2 tbsp vinegar (apple cider vinegar works well)

Mix in all liquid ingredients except vinegar.

Pour vinegar over it and mix in (batter will foam a little).

Bake 30 min at 375 F
