Tofu Chocolate
Mousse

If you're looking for vegan pudding I have a recipe.
It's actually what I ended up with by screwing up the Tofu Chocolate
Mousse recipe from Veggies Unite. :)
- 4 oz firm tofu
- 3-4 tablespoons chocolate syrup(recipe follows)
- a few drops of vanilla
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- 1 blender
Stick everything into the blender.
Chocolate syrup is 1 tablespoon of cocoa to 2 tablespoons of sugar,
and 4 tablespoons of water.
Heat this in a saucepan and stir until smooth.
Repeat until you get the pudding as rich as you like it.
It's a good idea to have some real choc. pudding on hand, made up,
so you can compare them for color and taste, till you get the recipe
just right.
