Salad (Yam Woon Sen)

Soak noodles in hot water at least 15 mins, then drain.
- 1 bundle glass noodles
- 5-6 squirts soy sauce
- juice of 2 limes
- 1 red pepper, sliced thinly
- 2 tomatoes, cut into small wedges
- 1 small purple onion, sliced finely
- 2 or more chilis, finely chopped
- 1 stalk lemon grass, outer layers removed and finely minced
- 5-6 bunches coriander, finely chopped
- 1 green onion, finely chopped
Cut noodle mass into 4 and put in bowl.
Add remaining ingredients and mix.
