Sambal Belacan

This sambal belacan actually, making by Indonesia people, Vegetarian belacan made from Tempeh ( Yeasted bean )

  • Chili 50 gram
  • Tomato 2 pcs
  • Belacan 1 spon
  • salt 1 spon
  • Vetsin 1/2 spoon
  • sugar 1/2 spoon
  • vinegar 1 spoon

Fry the chili and belacan until soft, mixer until became one, put sugar, vetsin, vinegar.

Boil vegetables and eat with sambal belacan
