I have posted a nice vegan menu for Lunar New Year (2/16) on my
recipe page.

I hope you enjoy these recipes and HAPPY NEW YEAR!
- 1 English cucumber, sliced in half length-wise and sliced
- Salt (to taste)
DRESSING:
- 1 Tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon chili oil (or to taste)
- 1 Tablespoon rice vinegar
GARNISH:
- Chopped dried chilies to taste*
Place sliced cucumbers in serving bowl and sprinkle with salt to taste.
Mix dressing ingredients in a small bowl and pour over cucumber slices.
Stir to coat.
Sprinkle with dried chilies to taste.
Stir. Serve cold.
(This dish can be made several hours ahead.)
*the same chilies you use at the pizza parlour!
