As I was flipping through my Veg times cookbook to respond to
the call for cookbooks, I realized how many really good sounding
recipes there are in it, so I thought I'd post some.
I tend to buy a lot of cookbooks and then not use them very much,
so I haven't tried any of these recipes myself.
The following is from "Vegetarian Times Cookbook".
Serve as a drink, or as a cold soup
Combine and liquify in blender with ice cubes. Serves 1
- 1 medium tomato, peeled and diced
- 1/4 large cucumber, peeled and chopped
- 1/4 large green pepper, seeded
- 2 onion slices
- 2 parley sprigs
- 6 ice cubes
