Rice

Serving Size: 6
1 yellow onion -- diced
3 cloves garlic -- minced
1 cup green pepper -- chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cups cooked rice
2 cups tomato sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
dash cayenne pepper
In a large skillet, saute onion, garlic, and bell pepper in oil over
low heat until onion is translucent.
Add rice and saute briefly.
Stir in tomato sauce and spices.
Heat through and serve.
