Fiery Classroom Sauce
Pulse blend in food processor until desired consistency.
- 1 Bermuda Onion minced fine
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 2 TBS liquid sweetener, eg maple syrup
- 2 TBS Tarragon Vinegar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, well packed
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed Orange Juice
- 2 TBS Crushed Red Pepper
- 1 8 oz can diced tomatoes.
Marinate tofu, veggies, etc. overnight.
Grill over slow fire until done.
Serve with Basmati rice and a large salad
