Vegan Yogurt

One of my favorite treats, which I invented myself.
Serving size: app. 1 cup
Number served: app. 5
Preparation time: matter of minutes
- One package of firm tofu, which usually come as app. 12 ozs.
- 3-4 cups of rice or soy milk (soy milk adds a richer flavor)
- 1/4 cup sugar (I prefer brown)
- Fruit or flavoring of choice,
vanilla flavoring, cinnamon, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
and bananas all work well.
Toss the tofu, rice/soy milk, sugar and fruit/flavoring in a blender
Mix on the puree or blend setting until smooth.
Add more sugar, milk, fruit or flavoring until you are pleased
with the taste. Blend again to mix.
Chill in the refrigerator or eat as is!
