So Tasty BBQ Sauce
from Amanda - North Carolina

I whipped this up one night because we were all out. It takes about 5 minutes to make. Pour it over baked three grain tempeh for a tasty dinner.

• 1/4 cup ketchup
• 1/4 cup tomato based vegetable juice (I used v8)
• 1/4 clove garlic
• 1-1/2 tsp molasses
• 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
• 2 tbsp lemon juice
• hot pepper flakes
• dash hot sauce

Mix everything in a small saucepan. Heat on low and stir until smooth. (You can do this in a bowl, but I found that the heat helps the molasses mix faster)
