fresh chives, chopped
salt and pepper
Everything is to taste.
Boil or bake potatoes.
Mash with olive oil, then add salt and pepper and paprika.
Stir in chives.
Bake until outside is crispy.
When you bake, you can put on cookie sheet, in cake pan, muffin tins,
or you can be ambitious and put the potato mixture back in the skins
you kept intact.
