Mix it all together.
- 1 cup flour (I usually use half wheat)
- 1T baking powder
- 1/4t salt
- 1 cup water (soymilk if you want but I just use water)
- 1/2t oil
- 1/2t maple syrup
Pour 1/4 cup at a time into the pan on medium heat.

This is one of the only vegan pancakes recipes that I have tried that
came out right, the others are never cooked on the inside.
