I made a lentil soup the other day which was really good and
1/2 cup lentils
2 1/4 cup vegetable bouillon
1 cup of carrots
2 sticks of celery
2 tsp of vegetable oil
1 medium onion
1 clove of garlic
1 TBS parsley
1 bay leaf
Put the above ingredients in a pan and simmer, covered until the
lentils are tender (1/2 hour?).
