I have a recipe for Tahini mayonnaise (I have never tried it, so
cannot tell you if it is good or not) but it uses really accessible
Put the tahini into a bowl and gradually beat in the water and lemon
juice; the mixture will be lumpy at first, but will gradually get
light and fluffy as you beat in the liquid.
- 1 heaped tablespoon tahini
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, crushed (optional)
- sea salt
- black pepper
Add the garlic if you are using this, and some salt and pepper.
Chopped herbs are nice in this too.
Use as ordinary mayonnaise.
