- 3/4 cup canned pumpkin
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 3/4 cup frozen apple juice concentrate, undiluted
- 1/4 cup low-fat soy milk
- 2 scoops plain or vanilla soy protein powder
- 3 ice cubes
Combine ingredients in blender.
Cover and blend at high speed about one minute.
