Serving for 2, cooking time 30 mins.
- 5-6 Tomato
- 2 Onion
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 6 Green Chillies (or as needed)
- 3-4 tsp chopped Coriander leaves
- 1/4 tbsp Tamarind paste
Heat some oil in the pan and add Cumin seeds, Tomato, Tamarind
Now grind Green-Chillies and cumin seeds together.
Add tomatoes-tamarind and salt to it . Grind coarsely.
Add Coriander-Leaves to it and grind for 2 seconds.
Chop onions into big pieces and add it to this mixture
Have this with ghee and plain rice.
You can adapt this recipe to your liking. Add more chillies for
additional heat, or less chillies for lower heat. Eat it will rice,
use as a dip for chips or with vadas, as a sandwich topper or with
