Carrot Tofu Curry

- Carrots - 2 big peices
- tofu - 250gms
- turmeric powder - a pinch of the powder
- chilli or paprika powder - 1/4 of tea spoon
- lemon juice - 1/4 of tea spoon
- coriander (cilantro) to garnish
- salt to taste
grate the carrots , grate the tofu and keep it aside in two seperate bowls.
now heat the pan and add two tea spoon of oil to it. once the oil is hot carefully add the grated carrots to it. fry it for a while and then add the grated tofu. keep frying for abt a min add the salt paprika and turmerci powder to it . fry it till well and finish cooking.
add lime juice and cilantro to garnish it. |
