Green Onion Sabzi

Serves : 2
- 18 Green or Spring Onions (3 bunches)cut in 1/2 inch pieces
- 2 medium potatoes cut in 1/2 inch cubes
- 6 cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 1/8 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder or more to taste
- 2 Tbs oil
Heat oil in frying pan or wok, When oil is heated add the mustard seeds.
When mustard seeds crackle add the vegetables.
Saute for 1 minute and then add chilli powder and turmeric.
Saute for 5 minutes.
Add 1/2 cup water and cover until potatoes are tender.
Cook off excess water.
Serve with Khichdi.
