Carrot Kosambari

Serves / Makes : 4
- 3 carrots[finely grated]
- 1 spoon cooking oil
- 1 spoon mustard
- 1/2 spoon urad dal
- 1/2 spoon channa dal
- 1/2 cups shredded coconut
- coriander leaves
- salt
1.Put the grated carrots in a bowl.
2.then add shredded coconut.
3. then heat oil and put the mustard seeds after it splutters then add urad dal and channa dal.fry it till it becomes golden brown.
4.put this tadka into that bowl.
5. then add a salt to taste and mix well.
6.Finally decorate it with coriander leaves and serve.
You can keep this in fridge for some time and serve cool.
This is a very delicious recipe and its good for children.
