- Gajar - 3
- Coriander leaves
- Chillies - 2/3
- Grated coconut
- Lime Juice
- Sugar & Salt to taste
- For seasoning :

Grate gajar. Keep aside
Add chopped green chillis, salt, sugar, grated coconut to the gajar & mix thoroughly.
Sprinkle coriander leaves & lime juice over it.
Heat oil.
Add rai and curry leaves and
season the koshimbir.
Serve.
