Kairi Salad

Serves / Makes : 4
For the Salad -
- 1 Raw Mango (Preferrable Totapuri Mango)
- 2 Carrots
- 1/2th cup Pomegranate grains
- 1/4th cup sprouts
For the Dressing -
- 1 tea spoon soya sauce
- 1 tbl spoon jaggery powder
- 1 tbl spoon vinegar
- Half tea spoon crushed garlic
- 1/4th tea spoon red chilli pwdr
- Salt to taste
- 1 tea spoon Olive oil
Grate the Raw Mango and Carrot. Mix well and referigerate.
Mix the ingredients listed for dressing and keep aside.
Just before serving add the dressing to the Salad and toss well. Garnish with corainder and serve.
This is a nutrituous and tasty salad.
