- 4 kairi,
- 1 medium sized onion,
- 1/2 tsf kaali mirch,
- 1/4 tsf lal mirch,
- 3/4 tsf sugar,
- salt to taste
separare the seeds from the kairi and cut kairi into very fine pieces.similarly, cut onion into fine pieces.mix all the ingredients nicely and the tangy aam pyaaz mel dhamaal is ready to serve as a salad.
the kairies that are used should preferably be chilled for a great freak out taste
