Rajma Salad

Cooking Time : 15 minutes
Serves / Makes : 2
- 1 cup rajma beans(soaked overnight and pressure cooked)
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic(crushed into a paste)
- 1 small tomato chopped finely
- salt to taste
- 1 chilly chopped finely
- 3-4 tsp.of vinegar
- 2 tsp.of lemon juice
In a glass bowl add all the ingredients except the vinegar and lemon juice.
Pour the vinegar and lemon juice over the salad and let it marinate for 30 minutes.
Toss just before serving.
