Sprouted Healthy Chaat

Preparation Time : 15 min. (excluding chilling time)

Serves / Makes : 4-6

  • Sprouted Moth 1/2 cup
  • Sprouted Moong 1/2 cup
  • Sprouted Chana 1/2 cup
  • Onion chopped 1
  • Tomotoes chopped 1
  • Carrot Grated 1 big
  • Lemon juice 21/2 tsp
  • Green chillies 3 chopped
  • Coriander 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Chaat Masala 3 tsp

1. Mix all the sprouts.
2. To it add the tomotoes, grated carrot , onions and green chillies.
3. Now mix the chaat masala with salt and lime juice and keep aside.
4. Keep the sprouts mix and chaat mix in the fridge nad chill for an hour.
5. Just before serving mix the chaat mix with the sprouts mix and garnish with chooped corainder.

Its best if served fresh.
