Aloo Navabi

no of people 5, half an hour
- aloo
- oil
- red chilli (sabaut)
- garam masala
- salt
- black pepper
- tomato ketchup
- ginger
- garlic
- coriander leaves
take small size potato , half boil them , peel after 5 min ,
then in a bowl take 5 red chiillis(sabauth) soak them in water for
15min
then in a mixy jar add the chillis ,garlic , ginger and this paste
in a pan to make the masala
on the other side boil some oil and fry the aloo , in masala
add the tomato ketchup and then masala ,
after 5 min add the fried aloo
and you will get delicious aloo . its really yummy
