Tandoori
Potato Wedges

Yield: 2 servings
- 2 medium potatoes; washed and scrubbed
- 2 tablespoons tandoori paste
Cut each potato into 8 equal sized wedges. Brush each wedge with a
light coating of tandoori paste and place them on their backs in a
microwave dish. Cover with film and pierce the centre. Cook in the
microwave on full power for 6 minutes. If a firmer wedge is desired
oven bake at 190 C / 375 F / Gas 5 for 30-35 minutes. Serve with dips.
Makes an ideal starter. |
