- 3 spn coconut powder
- 3 inch of ginger
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 1 pinch of turmeric
- 3 elachi
- 1 spn of chilli powder (or) 6 green chillies
- 1 spn garam masala
- oil 2 spns and
- salt to taste
Fry in no oil all the above ingredients i.e., ginger, garlic, elachi,
coconut power and grind them till a thick paste.
Now heat oil in a pan and fry onions,green chillies and turmeric
till it gets brown.
Add to it tomatoes(cut into very small pieces)and fry them till
it is totally fried and leaves oil.
Add the above grinded paste and let it fry till it leaves the oil.
Now add salt and garam masala and stir about 2 min.
Finally add the green peas decorated with cilanto on it..
This can be served with rotis,puri, and rice..
