Kottu Spicy

Karnataka Style
- Carrot 1 medium sized
- Beans 8 - 10
- Peas shelled 1/2 cup
To Grind to a Paste
- Dried Red Chillies 5 long variety
- Pepper corns a few#
- Cummin 1/2 tsp
- Coconut Grated 5 tbsps
For Seasoning
- oil
- mustard
- channa dhal
- urad dhal
- curry leaves
Boil the vegetables till firm but cooked then add salt & the
ground paste cook till the raw smell disappers. in another pan heat
oil add the ing. for seasoning pour over the kottu .
Serve hot.
Can be mixed with rice or chapathis or puries.
